By utilizing our solar energy services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with SOLIS ENERGY concerning the use of our solar energy services, subject to the laws of the United States.

Service Description

Our solar energy services encompass the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of solar energy systems. We provide consultation, design, installation, and ongoing support to ensure the optimal functioning of the solar energy system, in compliance with relevant federal and state regulations.


To engage with our solar energy services, you must be of legal age and possess the legal authority to enter into contracts in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Installation Process

We will conduct a site assessment to determine the feasibility of installing a solar energy system on your property. Upon agreement, we will proceed with the installation process, adhering to industry standards, and local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to, permitting requirements.

Payment Terms

Payment for our services will be outlined in the agreement provided to you. This may include upfront costs, financing options, or payment plans. Any financing options will comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws. Failure to adhere to the payment terms may result in the suspension or termination of services in accordance with applicable laws.

Ownership and Maintenance

Upon installation, you will own the solar energy system. It is your responsibility to maintain the system in good working condition. We offer maintenance packages for ongoing support, which can be tailored to your needs, in compliance with relevant regulations.

Performance Guarantee

We guarantee the performance of the solar energy system as outlined in the agreement. In the event of underperformance, we will take necessary steps to rectify the issue, including repairs or replacements as deemed necessary, in compliance with applicable warranties and consumer protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable and efficient services, we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our solar energy systems, including but not limited to, property damage, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law.


Either party reserves the right to terminate the agreement with prior written notice in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Upon termination, you are responsible for any outstanding payments or obligations as outlined in the agreement.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or litigation in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.
